Subscriber Options
All option change commands must be sent to this special address: Do not send change commands to the BML mail address.
After you submit a change command, you will receive a confirmation request by return email. To confirm your request, respond to the request by following its included directions.

To do this: Send this command: Cancel your subscription signoff boxer Temporarily stop BML mail set boxer nomail Resume BML mail delivery set boxer mail Get the BML digest several times a day rather than individual messages. set boxer digest Cancel the BML digest and go back to delivery of individual messages. set boxer nodigest Determine your present BML options. query boxer
How to Check Your BML Options
It's easy to check your Boxer Mailing List options settings. Just send a request to the BML command address:

You'll receive a reply that looks something like this:
